Fresh and Custom Flowers

Golden Grove arrangements are custom-designed with fresh, seasonal flowers. Because flowers are perishable and each design is made for a specific recipient and occasion, completed orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Flower and Color Variations

Website photographs represent Golden Grove’s style, scale, and overall value. Specific flower varieties, colors, and vessels may change with season and availability. Appropriate substitutions may be made while preserving the intended feeling and value of the arrangement.

Order Concerns

If an arrangement arrives damaged, has a quality concern, or does not arrive as expected, contact the studio as soon as possible—preferably on the delivery day—with the order details and photographs when relevant. Golden Grove will review the concern personally and determine an appropriate resolution.

Changes and Cancellations

Contact the studio promptly if an order needs to be changed or cancelled. Requests are reviewed based on timing, flower purchasing, and whether design work has begun. Weddings and special events follow the terms in their individual proposal or agreement.
