About These Terms

These terms apply when you use the Golden Grove Floral Studio website or purchase products and services from the studio. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information.

Custom Floral Products

Golden Grove creates custom, garden-inspired floral designs using the best suitable flowers available. Product photographs are examples of style, size, and value and do not guarantee particular flower varieties, colors, or vessels. Seasonal substitutions may be made while preserving the intended design and value.

Orders, Pricing, and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and applicable taxes and delivery charges are added where required. Everyday orders require at least 48 hours’ notice. An order is accepted after payment is authorized and the studio confirms it can fulfill the requested date and delivery area.

Delivery

Everyday flowers, The Muse Collection, and Husband’s Club are limited to eligible Parker County, Texas addresses. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and recipient contact information.

Memberships and Subscriptions

Husband’s Club is an annual floral membership that includes four arrangements and local delivery as described on its product page. The Muse Collection is intended as a monthly subscription; recurring billing, cancellation timing, and selling-plan terms shown at checkout apply after the subscription service is activated.

Weddings and Events

Wedding, corporate, and special-event work is not purchased through standard online checkout. Each event is discussed, quoted, and governed by its individual proposal or agreement.

Website Use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. Store content, photography, branding, and designs may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without permission.
